Any exterior change or addition requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee before work begins — including fences, patios, sheds, and exterior materials.

Approval is required before work begins.

Exterior materials must conform to those used on the original building, or be sufficiently compatible. You will receive a copy of this request by email when you submit it.
